Future of Film Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization fostering the art of music production and filmmaking by empowering the next generation of storytellers and inspiring audiences. We make dreams come true by awarding full-ride scholarships to hands-on training, experience, and education.

The Future of Film Foundation was created to provide students access to best-in-class music and filmmaking production studios, showcases, and educational opportunities.  Crafted by a team of artists with many years of expertise in producing music and films, our creative team deeply understands the industry’s specific needs and the power of film, storytelling, and music.

Fueled by local & federal grants and generous private donations from music & film enthusiasts like YOU, our foundation provides full-ride scholarships to quality education with the goal of producing a student-supported feature-length film and various recording projects each year. Our music & film production students get hands-on experience and training in state-of-the-art recording & production studios. The students we serve receive legitimate industry experience, portfolio-building, perfecting their art, and springboarding their careers in the music and film industry.

Tony Doupé

Co-founder, President & Executive Producer

Tony is a SAG-AFTRA actor with an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. A successful actor for over 34 years in LA and Seattle, he has been teaching and coaching actors for 20 years, both privately and at the collegiate level.

 

With over 130 film and television credits, Tony has had roles in a wide variety of film and television projects. Jodi Rothfield, a national casting director, based in Seattle, urges actors to take advantage of Tony’s classes.

His recent feature film credits include Bad Samaritan, Sadie, Wild, starring Reese Witherspoon; Lucky Them, starring Toni Collette; Eden, starring Beau Bridges; Laggies, starring Keira Knightley; A Bit of Bad Luck, starring Cary Elwes; and Switchmas, starring Elliott Gould.

Tony co-starred in the feature film The River Murders with Ray Liotta and Christian Slater, which premiered at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival. He also had a leading role in the feature film The Off Hours, written and directed by Megan Griffiths and premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival and the 2011 Seattle International Film Festival. He is the lead in the feature film Frayed, released by Lionsgate.

Tony brings years of expertise & passion for art, both in front of and behind the camera, to lead our film production and educational curriculum for the Future of Film Foundation.

Henry Galliett

Vice President & Director/ Writer/ Producer


 

Henry Galliett is a dynamic and proficient freelancer renowned for his remarkable expertise in the creative industry. Excelling as a Director, Writer, Producer, and Content Creator, Henry has a demonstrated knack for transforming ideas into captivating visual narratives. With a rich experience in managing a diverse array of projects, he has effectively led the production of short films, web series, and promotional videos, captivating audiences with his innovative storytelling techniques.

 

Holding a Bachelor's degree, Henry's journey in the creative realm has been marked by an impressive portfolio comprising over 30 projects. Notably, his collaborations with renowned networks such as MTV and A&E have showcased his exceptional talent and versatility. This extensive experience has honed his prowess in scriptwriting, project management, and inventive content development, resulting in heightened engagement and reach across various social media platforms. Henry's ability to seamlessly integrate compelling narratives with visual storytelling has made him an influential figure in the industry, consistently delivering projects that resonate with audiences and clients alike.

 

His dedication to pushing creative boundaries and delivering top-notch content continues to drive his success in the ever-evolving world of media and entertainment.

Nick Hartman

 Co-founder & Executive Producer

Nick's passion for music production, audio engineering, curation, performance, & business management spans more than 30 years. Starting with a passion for all things percussion. 

​

Nick’s love of music and obsession for cataloging songs, twisting soundboard knobs, producing music, & collecting countless tapes, vinyl & CDs evolved into a career as a disc jockey. Mastering the art of turntablism and live performance, Nick shared his love for music and dance DJ'ing at hundreds of local and regional, public & private events.

 

While working to earn an Associate degree in Applied Arts and Sciences, Nick owned and operated a mobile DJ & event company from 2002-2015, managing all aspects of the business from booking, music curation, lighting, video, emceeing, event planning, and everything that is required to bring the party to life.

Melissa Lavigne

Treasurer & Producer, Executive Producer, Talent Manager



 

Melissa is an entrepreneur and filmmaker. She strives to empower others to believe in themselves and live their best life and go after their dreams. 

​

As a firm believer in the power of connection and collaboration, she believes that we can achieve so much more together than we can alone. Her mission is to bring compelling stories with a focus on creating impactful and thought-provoking content. She strives leverage the power of film and television to focus on social issues, promote community, diversity, equity, awareness, and inclusion in all aspects of the filmmaking process, from casting to crew hiring. She believes that a diverse team leads to a richer, more authentic storytelling experience, and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

 

Her goal is to work with talented writers, directors, actors, and crew members to create films that entertain, inspire, educates and encourages change in the world.

​

Melissa brings her bachelors of science degree in Radio and Television and her experience as an extra in "A Prairie Home Companion," a podcast host, reality TV show star (1 episode of bringing home baby on TLC), assistant set decorator in a short film directed by Sandra Scragg, Executive producer of Missing Hearts and a few others in the works through her Infinite Love -Productions, LLC.

Dani Green

Secretary & Hypnotherapist

 

Patricia Stayner

Marketing Chair & Actor

 

Dani Green believes in the mission of the Future of Film Foundation. She firmly believes that sharing our voices and talents is crucial to the evolution of the human family. And Dani is great at taking detailed meeting minutes! She is thrilled to contribute to such a great foundation.

 

 Dani Green is a certified hypnotherapist, speaker, author, educator, and spiritual advocate. Her passion is guiding clients to rewrite their past, present, and future Story at the subconscious level and to discover their transformative Infinite Greatness. Clients realize Inner Mantras and find power, peace, and a higher level of consciousness. Dani helps clients find emotional relief, spiritual freedom, improved relationships, health, and business success.

 

As an Ordained Minister, Dani writes and officiates Weddings and Funerals. Dani has a B.A. from Seattle Pacific University and was a church staff pastor for 14 years. Dani and Kevin have three married children and two adorable grandsons!

Patricia Stayner is a talented actress from Seattle, Washington. She began acting at the young age of 12 and has continued to build her career in the entertainment industry.

 

Patricia's notable achievement includes her appearance on the TV show “The Comedown” as Bubbles, and movie “The Hunt - Jason Voorhees” as Diana. In addition to her TV work, Patricia has made appearances in a variety of commercials, ranging from national campaigns for brands like AT&T, Amazon to local advertisements.

 

Born and raised in Seattle, she finds joy in spending time with family, traveling, and embarking on new adventures. Her love for exploration and her close connections with loved ones keep her grounded, even in the fast-paced world of acting.

Carl Johnson

Fundraising Chair & Financial Professional



 

Carl Johnson is a Financial Representative with a diverse background in music, composing, and conducting. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships and fostering communities that lead to a purposeful life.

 

Carl grew up in Mount Vernon, WA, where he was deeply involved in music through his high school band and orchestra, local choirs, and community orchestra. From playing the violin and various percussion instruments to conducting multiple ensembles, his passion for music was evident. He continued to pursue this passion at Pacific Lutheran University, where he developed a keen interest in storytelling and community building through composition. During his time there, he composed music for podcasts, professional performances, and numerous theater productions. Carl graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Music Education, focusing on Orchestra. He later earned a Master of Science degree in 2024 from Western Governors University.

 

Carl has worked in both the Aberdeen School District and the Kent School District, always advocating for the power of music and storytelling to create and strengthen community bonds. His compassionate leadership in the classroom ensured that every student had a voice.

 

Transitioning from education to finance, Carl now leads his financial practice in Tacoma in partnership with Northwestern Mutual. In this role, he continues his mission of empowering others through education and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships. His practice has successfully served clients in the Seattle/Tacoma area and beyond. He continues his musical journey through composing and performing at weddings, farmers markets, studio recording sessions, church’s in the area, and more.

 

He is excited to bring his expertise in finance, music, composing, fundraising, and advocacy to the Future of Film Foundation. His multifaceted background and commitment to community engagement make him a valuable addition to the board.

Jon Meggison

Events Manager & Actor/Writer



 

Seattle based Actor Jon Meggison stars in A haunting in Ravenwood (2020) Conjuring the beyond (2022) That Day On 101st st (2025) Meggison began his career Jan 2020 and now is represented by Broad Talent Agency & managed by TPG Talent in Los Angeles.

 

In 2023 Jon was awarded Actor Of The Year at the Soul Cafe Awards. Meggison’s career took off after he signed a 2 movie picture deal with Final Reel Productions to lead these films as his role as David Booker in the sports / drama film.

Kelly

In Loving Memory of our past Chairman & Executive Producer, & Co-founder Kelly J. Moll (9/11/1957 - 6/16/2023)

Music was a key part of Kelly's life for almost 50 years, raised for the love of rock ‘n roll while maturing into an intense love of the Blues, where rock ‘n roll was born. Kelly started the original rock band, Izzy Cain, where he mastered the guitar, wrote all of the band’s tunes and lyrics, produced the recordings, and booked & produced all of their live shows. Formed Vicious Cycle, having the honor of opening for the legendary rock band Iron Butterfly. 

While always staying involved in music, Kelly earned a degree in film production and had worked in the film industry for many years. He was hired to his first major movie crew in 2010. Forced into retirement for medical reasons, Kelly dedicated his life to the love and passion for music and film by leading the Future of Film Foundation’s educational and charitable efforts. He's presence, contributions, and 'dream big' attitude will be greatly missed. His mission to share the world of film & music to those less fortunate will live on through the foundation forever.
